We collect information you provide directly, such as contact details, company details, demo requests, support requests, and onboarding information.

When you connect third-party services, we collect the minimum account, property, site, token, and performance data needed to provide the requested service.

We also collect operational data such as logs, audit events, workflow status, usage metadata, device information, and security signals needed to run and protect the platform.

We use information to provide, secure, maintain, improve, and support Workwright One, including connector setup, analysis, recommendations, approvals, reporting, and auditability.

We do not sell customer data. We do not use connected customer data to train public foundation models.

If you connect Google services, Workwright One requests read-only access to Search Console and Google Analytics data for the properties you select.

Google API data is used only to provide SEO analysis, evidence, recommendations, workflow status, and related reporting inside Workwright One.

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the platform, such as hosting, database, observability, security, and communication providers.

Customer data is isolated by tenant. Access is limited to authorised personnel and systems with a legitimate operational need.

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain auditability.

You can disconnect Google or other integrations to stop new data collection from those services. Existing retained records may remain where required for audit, security, or legal purposes.
